My order arrived and it’s the wrong item / size. What do I do?
Our packing team endeavors to get every order just right, but sometimes, mistakes happen. We'll of course send you the correct item right away! The quickest way to resolve this is to go to returns.ibex.com and process an exchange, for the originally ordered item, selecting "Wrong Item Received" as the return reason.
